Our Client Services Include:

Provide food weekly.
Clothing and household items.
Rent or Utilities Assistance one item per year. (Depending on funding availability).
Christmas and Thanksgiving Baskets.
Angel Tree for children (0-12).

Qualification

To receive assistance, we need the following information for all adults and children in the household:

We need current driver’s IDs or license for all the adults in the household.
Birth Certificate of any children under the age of 17.
Proof of income for all adults in the household, including 30 days of check stubs, most recent tax return, current years social security letter, proof of disability, child support and/or food stamp letter.

Financial Assistance

For financial assistance please bring the following documents for Duncanville Outreach Ministry qualification.

Rental Assistance

Must live in 75137 or 75116 zip code or Dallas County.
Current rental lease.
Current ID for all adults in the home.
Proof of income for all adults in the home. Must be most recent 30 days of income, income tax statement, disability letter or social security letter.
Eviction letter stating your current month's rent due, total amount due, due date, address of renter and name of renter. Letter must be with a letter head of the company or court.

Water Assistance

Must live in 75116 or 75137 zip code.
We need current water bill. Bill must be in your name.
Current IDs for all the adults in the home.
Proof of income for the past 30 days for all the adults in the home.
